SEAH® Warranty

 

Not only is the SEAH collection unique in design, it is crafted with quality materials and components to offer lasting, reliable performance. We proudly stand behind our product by offering our SEAH® warranty on watches. All watches are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. 

 

SEAH will repair or replace any defective art without charge with original proof of purchase if deemed defective after SEAH inspection. We reserve the right to replace the product with like grade and quality item. The warranty does not cover (1) batteries; (2) damage to crystal, bezel, plating, bracelet, replacement parts, shipping, strap, attachments and/or movement resulting from accident, excessive wear, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care or damage occurring during shipment; (3) repair services performed by an unauthorized repair service.  No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages.  No other warranty, written or verbal is authorized. SEAH® Return

Prior to returning any product, please contact Customer Service via email at info@seahdesigns.com within 30 days of purchase and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA).  Please include product information, proof of purchase, place & time of purchase and your contact information. To better serve you, please let us know the reason for your return.

Rules & Conditions

SEAH is committed to making your shopping experience a success.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will accept returns of unworn and unaltered merchandise for up to 30 days from purchase for full credit.  Proof of purchase is required.

 

  • The buyer bears all costs and risks of returning his/her order.  All liability for loss or damage in transit is yours.  All returns must be insured for no less than the purchase price of the merchandise.

 

  • All merchandise must be returned in original packaging including manuals, dust bags, ribbons, and certificates of authenticity, along with any other original packaging.  All hang tags, stickers, and protective plastic must be intact.

 

  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to process.  We will notify you via email as soon as your return is approved and complete.

 

  • Returns not received as stated above will delay the process and SEAH® may return the product to the buyer at its discretion.  Any watch that fails quality inspection from Customer Service (scratches, damaged, altered, missing documents & original packaging) will be returned to you and no refund will be issued.
