We warrant each SEAH® watch against defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase and agree to repair or replace any defective art without charge. We reserve the right to replace the product with like grade and quality. The warranty does not cover (1) batteries; (2) damage to crystal, bracelet, strap, attachments and/or battery resulting from accident, misuse or abuse, lack of reasonable care or damage occurring to shipment; (3) repair services performend by an authorized repair service. No responsibility is assumed for any special, incidental or consequential damages. no other warranty, written or oral is authorized.
To make a return, the customer will need to contact SEAH® Designs, LLC. by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within the 30 day period of purchase to get an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
The RMA # will help associate the return to the correct item when arrives to SEAH® Designs, LLC.

Rules & Conditions:
- - A buyer can return a watch for full credit within 30 days of purchase. A copy of they Receipt must be enclosed.
- - Buyer pays return shipping and insurance (watch return must be insured for no less than the purchase price) The only state where customers can not be charged for shipping a return is California as far as I know.
- - The watch needs to be in the same condition as sent to the customer and with all packaging and paperwork included and intact.
- - Refunds can take up to 10 days to process and the customer will be notified by email when the refund is completed.
- - Returns not received as stated above will delay the process and SEAH® at its own discretion may return the product to the buyer.
