Should your SEAH watch or jewelry require service, please send your item in a small, well-padded shipping box (see instructions below).  Please include the following information at checkout:

• Full name; 
• Return mailing address (include apartment number, suite or floor); 
• Phone number with area code; 
• Email address;
• Delivery instructions, if any; 
• Damage description, if any;
• Repair requests, if any;
• Services requests or any custom order requests, if any.

A return shipping cost will be charged at checkout.

We encourage you to send your item certified, by traceable and reputable means, and properly packaged to protect against damage during transit.  Please note, that you bear all costs and risks of shipping merchandise for repair or service.  All liability for loss or damage in transit is yours.  All shipments must be insured for no less than the purchase price of the merchandise.
